Roberts Storage operates our Greenbrier and Guy locations. This policy explains how we handle information collected through robertsstorage.com and robertsguy.storageunitsoftware.com for website inquiries, online rentals and online account services.
When you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address, any optional phone number and your message. We use this information to respond and help with your storage needs. Please do not send payment-card details or passwords through the contact form.
Our online rental and account services collect information to process rentals and payments and administer customer accounts. This includes contact, rental, account and payment information. Rental forms also request account security information and how you heard about us, and may request driver’s-license information, emergency-contact details and photo identification. The forms identify required and optional information.
Our websites use Google Analytics to understand website use. Depending on browser and site settings, Google Analytics can use cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser details, referring pages and identifiers. Our contact page includes embedded Google content. Our sites also load Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and Storable visitor technology. These services may receive technical information such as IP address and browser details.
We use Storable Easy to provide online rental and account services and hold our customer and rental records. We do not maintain separate offline copies of those records. Information submitted through the hosted pages is processed through that platform to provide the services. Its privacy notice is available at https://www.storable.com/privacy/easy-privacy-policy/. Online payments use the Authorize.net payment gateway.

You can choose not to submit an inquiry or provide optional information. Certain information is needed to complete a rental or payment. Browser settings let you manage cookies; blocking some cookies may affect website features. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. It is not an opt-out from every website service or advertising activity.
To ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask about available privacy choices, contact info@robertsstorage.com or (501) 581-1013. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. We review requests in light of applicable requirements and the records we need to keep. A request does not automatically delete rental or payment records.
We retain information based on the purpose for which it was collected, the status of your inquiry or rental, and applicable recordkeeping needs. These may include accounting and tax records, payment disputes, legal obligations and resolving claims. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we review it for deletion or de-identification, subject to the capabilities and requirements of the systems that hold it.
